Bluewood Didgeridoos started on cold snowy day in 2007 in Olympia, Washington when I went to a didgeridoo making workshop put on by didge brother Matt Merwin. After starting the first three didges I was hooked and haven't looked back since. I craft didgeridoos primarily out of yucca and occasionally, agave both of which are lightweight materials. I make each didge literally by hand primarily using gouges, knives and files. It's maybe not the easiest way but it's the most fulfilling. My mission is to make each didge with a lot of love and good intention so when you play it, you can bring your own great energy into your world. When you can do that, then you feel better and when you feel better it makes you smile. It's all part of helping to foster a planet of happy humans. Please take your time to look around and if you have any questions, feel free to email me. I'm happy to help out with what you need.
Many thanks for stopping by!
