I am super stoked to start rolling out the first of the new pieces from my upcoming album. By request, I’m featuring a lot of voice in addition to didgeridoo. Perpetua is one such piece. It’s all voice……all of it. I sat down over a period of a week with a microphone and a harmonizer pedal and this song was the result. As I was recording it, I kept getting images of Cape Perpetua in my mind. Cape Perpetua is an amazing outcropping of rocks on the Central Oregon Coast. It was one of the places I frequented while I lived out on the Coast. The photos above were taken on a day a storm was rolling in. Water was spraying everywhere and none of us who were there, were dry. Enjoy this piece and photo gallery! If you have any trouble downloading, please click here.
Many thanks and much Love
